ABOUT US

High Fiber Diet is a group of fiber artists committed to advancing their art professionally. HFD actively searches for exhibit venues, and members have the opportunity to submit work for juried group exhibitions. High Fiber Diet members challenge themselves to become more educated about art and design principles and to improve creatively on an individual basis. The group meets 7 times per year (February, April, May, July, August, October, and November) on the third Tuesday from 1:30pm – 3:30pm. Venues may change and some meetings are held online. Meetings usually include a discussion topic, updates on current and upcoming exhibits, and sharing of members' current work. Alberta Street Opening

 High Fiber Diet's Can You Hear It? opened to a great crowd at the Alberta Street Gallery during the Alberta Street Last Thursday Art Walk. The exhibit continues through April 24, 2022.

Can You Hear It? at Alberta Street Gallery, Portland

 March 31 is the opening of High Fiber Diet's Can You Hear It? show at the Alberta Street Gallery at 1829 NE Alberta Street in NE Portland. There is a reception that evening starting at 6, but the show will hang in the gallery until April 24. I hope you can make it there to enjoy this show and lots of other wonderful artwork by the gallery artists.

Can You Hear It? in Sisters, Oregon
